House Movie?

I saw a movie about 20 years ago, and it was about a Couple who receive messages asking for help from a radio station, and they try to reach the origin of the signal, and it is a haunted house. Inside lives the "spirit" of a girl called Henriette or something like that (she was dressed in a white dress), and everyone who entered the house were killed. Can somebody remember the name of this movie? Thanks!
