Promotional picture/poster

There's a promotional picture/poster I've been looking for of this film but it doesn't seem to be around anywhere.

It's of Geena Davis and Andy Garcia standing, and Dustin Hoffman sitting infront of them, with Garcia putting on leg over Hoffman's shoulder.

Anyone know where this is?
