The problem lies with the company who aggregates tv data where you live. There are cheap fully automated aggregators that uses and publishes data from single sources which are neither edited or even checked, just released. Other aggregators take multiple sources of data and use industry production codes to identify which movie and tv programme/episode data applies. Like life, it can be a lottery.
