It sure ain't Nova Scotia (too flat). That's the Punta Arena lighthouse in California.

In the locations section it lists Kingsburg, Nova Scotia. I just noticed that now but I had always wondered if it was.
Point Arena in California is also listed, and the above map link does fit what you see of the fly-over when their flying around the lighthouse. Maybe Kingsburg was used for residential scenes or even the picnic where Harry and his wife announce their going to be parents.
