Where did Nat and Felix find clothes- the denim shirt, khaki pants, belt, (underwear, socks?) and the then-popular Reebok Pump sneakers for Daniel to wear? The clothes look new
When Daniel teaches Nat how to fly in the treehouse, where did all the "equipment" come from? Did Nat and Daniel build it?

Yes, I noticed the "Light Bright" toy. hehe yeah as a child of the 80s I had one too. :D I noticed the other stuff like boxes etc and figured that Daniel had probably thrown it together with Nat's help.
The clothes and shoes had me stumped. I mean, later on, Nat buys (or steals) the flight jacket for Daniel. But those clothes. If Nat's dad left him when Nat was one, it couldn't have been his old clothes (maybe his Mum saved some old things of his dad's) or it could have been Felix's brother's clothes (that would make him [the brother] even madder).
I would have loved to have seen a scene like in Terminator, where Daniel takes clothes from a department store. Or conversely, if Nat and Feliz took adult clothes from a department store.

I am not creative enough to have a cool signature.
I think they built the equipment before the lesson, or Nat and Felix built it before they met Daniel because they were already interested in flying.

Didn't they use kitchen stuff for the instraments? Things like wooden spoons, old clocks etc. Daniel would have known what to use that would look like the real thing and how to set it up so that it looked like the cockpit of a plane.
