This movie made me go 'green' as a child
I watched this movie quite a few times as a little girl in rural Minnesota.
I didn't even understand pollution, deforestation, or recycling fully. It wasn't taught in school, and none of the adults I knew cared about protecting our planet. I just knew that I wanted to do my best to not make things worse.
Fast forward 2 decades, and I am happy to live in Boulder County Colorado, where it is common, and even expected to be "green"
On a side note, I adore Batty. Robin Williams is greatly missed :(
