It's the first, most famous movement of Beethoven's Piano Sonata No.14 in C-sharp minor 'Quasi una fantasia', Opus 27, No.2, universally known today as 'The Moonlight Sonata'. It's one of his best known and most recognizeable compositions, right up there with 'Dah-dah-dah Dumm'.
