Rewatched the movie at 26yo, I'm convinced it's the best movie ever made

My parents said I loved this movie as a toddler and I watched it again just now.

So Bogus Journey is good I take it? I only saw Excellent Adventure

Not seen it for a decade, im 22 now, i remembered everything. Not many films do that to me, BUUUUDDDY.

I will need to check the four main food groups of life.

In all honestly this is one of the films i remember from childhood which actually give me a buzz in adulthood and not a pure feeling of embarrasment.

BRAVO.

p.s, the school cool guy was annoying plus reminded me of someone i know.

What i would do to have this film...

I'm actually watching Encino Man right now. This post caught my eye, because I too am 26. But it wasn't until I read the full post that I laughed. I didn't know where you were going with this OP, but when I saw Bill and Ted, I smiled. And to the person who asked about it, it is much better than Excellent Adventure, they should've made more B&Ts. My wife thinks I'm a moron for loving that movie, but I do. Screw her

I'm 25, and i love this film too !.I first saw it when i was a teenager, i can't remember exactly how old i was, probably about 14 or 15.I love both the Bill and Ted films as well !.

Interesting, I am also 26 and have just re-watched this movie recently. A friend of mine had suggested it and I was really excited to see it again. It's still as great as I remember and watching this brings up nostalgia. Now I really want to see Bill and Ted again and a few other movies like Back To The Future, Wayne's World, The Mighty Ducks, The Goonies and The Sandlot, oh stop me now. =P

Only just seen for the first time but liking 90s films gave it a go.
Its strange because it was shown on Film4 here and was called California man not Encino Man.
I gave this a 5 out of 10 was an OK film.
Some good tunes in this to.
