She says to him back at his house "you know what you did was really cool" or something like tht...alls he did was go up to matt and get punched in the face again, how would any of tht make robyn change her mind about him
The movie is about 2 losers who dig up a man who has been dead for centuries...resurrect him via space heaters, have him live amongst them without issue, and somehow get him registered as a student in their high school....and you have an issue with the romantic subplot not being believable?
I wondered about that too, only thing he did in the end was getting his ass kicked, then saying "watch this" to her and dancing along with the other two guys.
she said what he did was really cool, she was referring to taking care of Link and everything else.
she saw the pics and realized what Matt said was true, Link was a caveman.she realized what Dave did, which is take care of Link and take him to school and all of that,
Totally agree. This movie would be better if Dave wasn't such a loser. I mean, at the beginning it was fine, but you'd expect him to redeem himself. He repeatedly tries to steal Robin away from the bully guy, despite her turning him down. I'd be pissed if I was the boyfriend, too. He uses Link the whole time, then tries to abandon him in the middle of nowhere. He's obsessed with being cool and doesn't seem particularly smart, funny or interesting. Just kind of a wad.
Then when you expect him to make up for it all, he just gets punched in the face (again) and Link has to step in. Honestly, I was hoping for Robin to shut him down at the end.
I think he and Robyn were both dicks at the end. She knew how much he liked her and then she asks him to ask Link to the prom for her? A real dick move. I suppose maybe they deserved each other lol
