I can't for the life of me figure it out or if Dil was being metaphorical or what... She mutters something after repeating "My condition..." but I can't hear her. I was thinking maybe HIV or something, but who knows? Anybody have any clues?

I would guess that Dil would be a pre-op transexual and its possible it was just hormone replacement to aid the process
shareI got the vibe that Dil was talking about HIV...but that's just my personal opinion. She said she took prescription meds for it (AZT??)
Unless she had hemophilia or anemia, I can't think of what other "blood condition" she could have had. Especially since HIV/AIDs was still a frightening thing at the time and associated with the homosexual community. It seems the most likely to me.
