The Surf Instrumental Piece

One of my favorite parts in the movie is where one see's people walking around the beach and you hear a guitar surf instrumental. On my t.v. screen which ain't too large I could hardly make out (read) the credits at the end of the movie. What is the title of that instrumental and who does it? I sure like to know... thanks.
