Firstly, as someone from the "hood," I find your lack of grammar skills, ineptitude for spelling,and the inability to type a coherent sentence to be a sad commentary on our times as well as a reinforcement of every African American stereotype I can think of.
Anyway- Yes, it is very possible for someone of his age to have that find of clout, especially if he is moving serious cookie on the street, and is known for wielding a bat, gun, and busting a mutha fucca's head open for owing him five dollars.
Also, if you had paid attention to the movie, you would have known that he went to jail for stealing and chopping cars, which can be very lucrative if you steal the high end ones and know who will give the big dollars for all of your hard work.
