Interesting how relations with Marvel between studios are improving now

It seemed that under Ike Perlmutter, there was a good deal of animosity, but now after Disney took away Marvel Studios from him and made it a separate company under Kevin Feige, other execs seem to be warming up to Marvel Studios. There was an interview with Feige recently where he revealed that Rothman and Pascal are on very good terms with him, and they are permitting Feige and his crew to have creative control of "Spider-Man: Homecoming." And also, it seems interesting how now, after "Deadpool," Simon Kinberg, Tim Miller, and Bryan Singer have all openly given respect to Feige and Kinberg and Miller have expressed interest in trying to cross over Deadpool with the new Spider-Man in a movie (this was also in an interview).

Yeah, I heard Perlmutter is a jerk that no one wants to deal with. Feige, on the other hand, is a great people person so no wonder things are opening up. I think we will get FF this year and Fox will be open for a crossover ( though I would only like Deadpool, not the whole X-Men team)

You on point Phife?- RIP Phife Dog

I expect Perlmutter is a huge part of it, but Marvel's continuing success is going to be attractive to other studios. Fox would kill for a billion-dollar X-flick, and even Spider-Man never cracked that barrier. The fact that three of Marvel's last seven films did it is pretty appealing.
