When Captain America is on the rocket and grabs Red Skull's hand, why doesn't Red Skill chop off Captain America's hand?!?! Why does he chop off his own??? It doesn't make sense!

He wanted to, but Captain America pulled his hand in the way. Red Skull did it accidentally.
