have any of you seen 'Woman bites man' (might not be the title)?

I saw on a shelf a movie with a similar title to Man Bites Dog called Woman Bites Man (I think) about a woman who ties a guy up and tortures him, kind of like in Hard Candy. The picture on the box had the guy with a bowl on his head and cigarettes inserted into little holes so the smoke is filling it up. Have you seen this? What is the exact title?

I haven't actually seen it, I've only heard of it, but from what I have heard, its very rough.
