Ben would find it useless considering you cannot profit from the death of a baby.

He does kill a child of about 10 years old, and the death is shown, not just implied off screen. Might be a bit too much for some people.

Not enough babies killed in this movie. If you ask me. JK. Jaws kills a 8 years old.
