cause frankly i cant stomach kids being abused or hurt, but i honestly watch all gore /horror because i told myself i need to...watch all the horror movies so nothign scares me anymore.
but w/ kids being abused or hurt that is really EW for me. its in bad taste i guess. rape or w/e w/ kids involved i am not interested.

One kid is murdered on-screen . . smothered with a pillow. If that's tolerable (versus, say, a chainsaw dismemberment) to you, then queue it up.

It's really rather tame in the gore department when compared to other films like Saw, Hostel, Robocop and stuff. But a lot of people do get murdered, perhaps even more so than Saw and Hostel...I mean it's a movie that revolves around the life of serial killer so what do you expect? I did feel a bit quesy after watching it, having experienced so many limp bodies and the casual way he goes about it all, and I've seen a lot of violent films as well.
