Yeah, it probably is. But there's something I've been wondering for a long time.
Did she watch the television show? Is she a fan of it? I've heard that actors who originate a franchise are often dismissive, skeptical, or just weirded out by someone else's interpretation of their character. So it would be interesting if Swanson had lots of praise for Sarah Michelle Gellar's performance.
