I've been a fan of this movie since it first came out, I was 18 and my best friend and I watched it all the time. I have never understood that line though.

I think it is pretty much referring to the product Toast R Cakes by Thomas, just like how in The 'Burbs Ray says when talking about Art if he hits the wrong wire he's a "Post Toastie"
