Does anyone know where in Midtown New York Eddie's apartment is located? The director makes a cryptic refernce to the building on the DVD commentary. I'm not even sure its a real apartment building, as Hudlin mentions that it is used for commercial shoots.

Honestly, I think his apartment was in Brooklyn. Mainly because of the view. His views seem to be facing the World Trade Center (what is now Ground Zero). But at the end, they show him and Angela (Halle) walking down Broome Street, so I don't know. And Broome Street is in Lower Manhattan (the Village or thereabout).
