Halle Berry actually did a good job
IMHO Her best and only good acting was in this film.

Her monologues sounded so flat I thought she was casually going over her lines. Take for example the scene where she tells Marcus "love should have brought your ass home last night" . She delivered those lines with practically no emotion. I mean you are suppose to be a woman (black woman no less) who just found out your boyfriend cheated on you. More feeling girl!!!
The truth is: Berry is not a very good actress and although I DO NOT believe she deserved the Best Actress Award the year she got it for her role in Monster's Ball, it certainly is her best performance yet.

halle berry is a good actress in my opinion. And she did have emotion she slapped the shi... out of Marcus, lol. I liked her acting I just didn't like a couple of things that Angela did in the movie like date marcus's friend and then date marcus and dated her friend jackie's man, which was marcus.
