Soundtrack and original score
It is a travesty that the score in particular is not available from this movie. Even if it is rather limited it ought to be made available for download online. There really is no excuse for it now.
Even if only a song or two was featured, a combined soundtrack and score disc would be nice, or at least downloads of each, or references to what tracks were sampled.
This movie was very tastefully edited and it deserves better treatment than it's got. It should be on Blu-ray by now!
