When you've seen Sharon Stone naked so many times, you can immediately recognized the first naked body is Sharon Stone's. The size of her breasts, the back, the shape of the butt, you can immediately just recognize her. After watching Sliver and The Specialist, you can immmediately regonize her naked body..

However Sliver and The Specialist were made and released after Basic Instinct.

But I still know what you mean.

The naked lady in the opening scene was always going to be la Stone. There was never any doubt in any viewers mind at all.
