Bad Lieutenant vs. Taxi Driver - scene vs. scene

I just want to do a comparison between two specific scenes in the two movies.

Maybe the most disturbing scene in BL is Keitel's verbal rape of the two young jersey's girls, forcing them to simulate oral sex for him.
Is it more disturbing than the scene in Taxi Driver where DeNiro picks up the angry husband (played by Martin Scorsese) who makes him sit outside the apartment of his wife's lover, talking in graphic detail about his upcoming revenge on her (the fact she was cheating on him with a n**ger, that he was going to blow her head and vagina apart with a magnum .45...)

Which scene is more disturbing?

I actually found neither of those scenes to be disturbing. More darkly comic in my opinion. A lot of both of those films are very dark, but very sarcastic and funny too. To me, the most disturbing scene in BL was the rape of the nun and in TD I didn't find any of the scenes outright "disturbing".
