Ferraras Commentary on the Blu-ray

One thing that was a bit of a bummer was him mentioning how he thought the new picture mastering for the Blu-ray (or was he watching the remastered DVD?)was way off. Particularly the color timing. He thought the blacks were sapped from the images in favor of brightness. Is it possible he was watching a test copy or something. In one scene particularly he mentioned that a building looked "milky" but I didnt see that at all. He also bitterly mentions that no one bothered contacting him (or the DP) to give advise/help with this new transfer. Thoughts?

Did you notice the audio commnentary syncs incorrectly during the scene where he's driving through times square? It's playing audio of them talking about the next scene, and in the scene before the times square scene, they're talking about the times square scene. It's weird. Is this a flaw on my blu-ray, or all blu-rays of it?

He's watching the DVD, the commentary is nabbed from it.
