I'v never seen this movie. Is it any good? Is it worth watching?

Hi I just bought this one on dvd a couple of weeks ago, and yes it is worth watching, Nancy Mckeon does a good job in the role of the mother , and veronica Hamel as usual is good as the snatcher, I found Hamel's role intriuging as she usually plays (good guy roles) so it was interesting to see her as a villain. It is based on a true story.
