Does anyone have any Sightings episodes on tape?

If anyone has any Sightings episodes on tape and can make me copies (or burn onto DVDs), I will gladly pay for them using money orders or PayPal.

I am looking for most episodes from seasons 1 & 2 (on Fox), three of the Fox specials (The UFO Report specials and the Ghost Encounters special), two episodes from Season Three (eps #18 & 26), and the five specials that aired on Sci Fi in 1998.

Can anyone help me or point me to someone who can? (Reply here or send me an e-mail.)

Yeppers, there's a guy on this board that has them for sale. I bought a couple of episodes and they weren't bad... VHS 4x3 quality but not bad... He goes by EyeofNight <[email protected]> .. hope this points you in the right direction.

Thanks for replying to my question, diskdoctor. There has been no activity on this board for awhile, so it was a pleasant surprise to see your reply.

After seeing some of his posts on this forum, I actually did contact EyesofNight several months ago (it may have been a year ago now). Initially, I received an e-mail from him saying that he would give me a list of Sightings and Encounters episodes soon and sell me some episodes. But, after waiting for a month with no reply from him, I sent him more e-mails and tried contacting him through private message on this board, with no luck. I've tried this a few times over the last several months, but I haven't gotten any more e-mails from him. I don't know what happened. I was really looking forward to buying some episodes from him that I've been looking for on the internet, but can't find.

If you know of any other way to contact EyesofNight (a different e-mail address, maybe? ) , please let me know. Also, if you can think of anyone else who has the Sightings or Encounters episodes that I want, let me know.

I didn't know that, I bought a couple of DVD's from him about a 1½ ago... fast shipment, decent (VHS) quality. I'm somewhat surprised he would have suddenly stopped, he sold hundreds of different movies. The only personal info I had for "Eyes of Night" was his email addy, he did have a return address his shipment of DVD's but I've long tossed that away.

There is another guy here who has some episodes on VHS and is willing to put them to DVD for a price but I forgot what his nick was.

Yeah, I checked back through my old e-mails from last year for Eyes of Night's e-mail reply. It was dated July 30, 2008 and I think that was the only e-mail that I got from him. He said that he would send out a list to me in a "few days", but I never heard from him again. He did mention that he didn't check that e-mail as often as he used to. I assume that he got a new e-mail address, but he didn't give it to me. I may try e-mailing him a couple more times, just in case he checks it again, but I don't think I'll hear from him again (or I would have by now).

A couple of years ago, I bought a lot of Sightings episodes from another guy who has a Sightings website. Unfortunately, he didn't have many episodes from the first two seasons, mainly seasons 3, 4, & 5. I haven't heard from him in a long time, either. If you're interested in trying to buy some from him, his website is: www.glowingdial.com/sightings_home.htm . His e-mail address is on the site. It's a really cool site (and the only Sightings website that is still on the internet, that I know of). I don't know if he is still willing to sell copies, but it's worth a shot.

Is there any way that you can make me some copies of those episodes that you got from EyesofNight? I would gladly pay you, if it doesn't cost me too much.

If not, let me know if you ever remember the other guy's name on this board that was selling episodes. Thanks.

Just send me your address info (if needed) and the total cost in a private message through this board. Also, please let me know your e-mail address (that you most frequently check), so that we can contact one another again, if we need to. I will give you all of my info when you private message me.

I can pay you through Paypal or Google Checkout (if you can receive payments that way), or a money order, whichever you choose. I'm assuming that these episodes are on DVD disks. Can you tell me if they are on disks that are compatible with all North American DVD players (Region 1 or R- disks)? Also, do you have a list of which episodes are on them?

Okay, I'll give that a look. I'm still missing one episode from season 3 and several episodes from seasons 1 and 2. Thanks for the info.
