http://www.gardencourtcondos.com/#! This is the building they used in the exterior shots of Martin's apartment. It's really a very nice building, and it's in a good area in Downtown Detroit. They've obviously renovated over time but I wonder what the units looked like back in the 90's when Martin was on air.

Wow what do you know that is the building. I would love to see the inside of the building chances are it isn't the same as on the inside.

its to bad shows can't use the real inside of houses or apartment buildings, there is another show I can't think of the name of it where they use the outside of the house but the inside is way different from the actual house.
