I can name others that I thought were funnier, be it Martin (the Old Lady with the Raspy Voice and Short Hair) and Bro Man (from the 5th/4Fingers FlO) or other shows, Jackie Chiles and the Library Detective on Seinfeld.
But when he was the Wedding Planner, on that talent show, and Played that Kazoo as if it was a Sax ("Pick Up the Pieces") man I was on the floor laughing.
I don't know about the funniest but he is up there.
Him singing Pick Up The Pieces with that kazoo/saxophone was hilarious.
Another good one was when Martin and Gina were on a stake out, trying to find out where tommy works. Then hustle man comes and sells Gina some flowers, comes back and tries to sell them some tires.
According to that episode hustleman has a brother Byron.
Oh my God that "pick up the pieces" part was hilarious. The wedding planner episode was funny too and can't forget the lookout episode where Gina & Martin was spying on Tommy to see what he do for a living.
Bro Man was pretty funny and the gay guy that is always hitting on Martin.
That was Bentley Kyle Evans that played the gay guy. He's one of the producers of the show and one of the writers. He's done a lot of things in Hollywood.
shareThere was also an episode where they were all stuck in the apt with no heat during the blizzard ("not paying the 5") and hustleman shows up with those "hens on a branch" lol then he told Gina he marinades them in pork & bean juice to get that color lol!!
shareLOl...he always had a tip for everything and its funny how Gina would have his attention on how to do things just like with the flowers when Gina and Martin was spying on Tommy.

Hustle man was funny but i wouldnt call him the funniest person on TV sitcoms ever lol!
