I'm watching this on IFC now. I forgot how great Rip Torn was on this show.

only unfortunate part is that, i see, ifc has finally completely sold out.
once a bastion of great art cinema, cutting edge comedy (of which "the larry sanders show is an example), and vanguard docs, they have really watered down their programming in recent years, and now run commercials (though, it seems the programs are still uncut/uncensored...for now), as well.
i watched the "larry sanders show" when hbo had it. it'll be interesting to see what ifc does with it.

I'm a little confused as to why they started showing the show's last season. If they have all the shows, why wouldn't they start at the beginning.

Yeah, and now at 11:00 they played the season 1 finale on Monday and today it was an episode from the middle of the same season. I hope they don't go on like that.
