Why doesn't HBO put LSS in their OnDemand service?

They didn't own the show, Sony does. Nowadays, HBO owns pretty much every show they make.
I've read though that right before he died. Shandling, Sony and HBO struck a deal to bring the old episodes back to HBO Go/Now but the article didn't specify a date.. just sometime in the near future it'll be added.
