was in an episode of Dead Like Me. He was also in the debut episode of Monk.

Yes, he is. Rookie Blue is a great show, and I love Ben as Sam!

Oh, geez, I just watched the Monk pilot again a couple weeks ago and I probably knew I'd seen him somewhere else, but I didn't think too hard about it. He looks kinda different with short hair and a suit.
