I didn't really hate any of the MS members (even the later crew), but if I had to pick one, I'd go with Stig. He was just a stereotype "slob" character and he had a major strike against him given that he replaced Frank (a favorite of mine) in the group.
Besides, except for Tucker, I don't think any of the MS liked Stig much. Gary and Betty Ann just tolerated him, Sam found him gross and Kiki was flat out ready to chuck him into the fire at a moment's notice.
I could say I wasn't crazy about Eric, Tucker, or Stig. They told great stories, though, and everyone bug Stig had good moments...and Stig got an embarrassing one in "The Vacant Lot" that was funny, so the writers did well with them, anyway. I noticed that each character was fleshed out with their good and maybe bad points, depending on if you thought seriousness, shyness, or constant joking was OK. In the second series, the characters all were stereotyped - Megan was referred to as spoiled and rich and while the others ribbed Kristen about being vain/lazy (may or may not have been true), Megan's actions showed she was. Quinn was a typical "gough guy", even more than Frank, and was cold and hot-tempered. Vange and Andy were OK - Vange was younger and sometimes had to deal with the others' reminding her, and good-natured Andy was naive and clumsy. Poor Tucker seemed about sane as Bet, David, or Kristen did in the original, but they just HAD to give him a moment where he was joking about being on TV by a security camera in "The Silver Sight." I would've liked the 2nd show if they gave the characters a chance to grow. Everybody in the original, even Kristen and David who were just around for 2 seasons themselves, had that.
I don't really dislike any of them but if I had to pick a least favorite it'd probably be Eric from the first season. He just seemed kinda there and like he didn't have much of a personality.
Ugh, Tucker. I remember the opening to the Dollmaker ep where he arrives, trips into Betty Ann, insults her story and the whole group just shakes their head and eye rolls and Gary's face is just pure FML. Or the Crimson Clown one where he blackmails Gary, ughhhh, that kid was such a pill. I actually didn't mind Kiki's bitchiness; it made her hilarious. A lot of the girls on the show didn't really get a lot of personality like the guys did, and I always felt like the writers where going to go somewhere with the dynamics between the MS members, but they just couldn't get there for whatever reason (budget probably, or time constraints).
