another horse movie??

I don't know if this is from the same movie(I don't think it is)but one scene I remember clearly is the girl in the movie got a "present" from some theives that stole(I think) her horse. It was a bloody hoof wrapped in gift paper and after she opens it she screamed and dropped it.
Please help!

You've got the wrong movie....This one is about a girl who wants to dive on horses, then goes blind when she finally gets too.
