One of the Worst
This is one of the worst movies I've ever seen.
Here's a true story:
Back in 1991 I worked for General Cinema in Newton MA. My theatre was in the same building as the corporate offices so occasionally we would screen movies for special executives. Some employees would be invited to help open the theatre early and serve the guests, in return we got to see a film a couple weeks before anyone else. V.I. Warshawski was one I got to see.
I saw the first half before I had to leave to complete the opening. I remarked to the projectionist that the first half was terrible, he said that the second was even worse (I saw it later, he was right.) When it was done the executives came out and milled around the lobby. One older gentleman asked me what I thought. I gave him the truth: it was terrible and bound to be in-and-out of the theatre within two weeks (actually it was three.) He ran to the manager and complained that I had offended him. I told the manager that it was simply honest opinion. It turned out the man was the father of one of the producers! Oh well. I wish I could have seen him a month later and given him a big "I told you so."
