who is this kid? Looks so familiar

Shawn Phelan. He was in a few movies and had guest appearances on a lot of tv shows in the early 90s, but unfortunately he suffered a brain injury in a car accident and was in a coma for 4 years before he died in 1998.

He was so hot. While everyone was drooling over all the other boys in the underwear scenes, I was looking at Shawn.
