Movie v. Book

I read the book way back when I was in junior high. Loved it and love the movie. I wish they'd been more faithful to the book, though. The main villain was a helluva lot more intimidating than the whiny daddy's boy in the movie.

What does anybody else think?

I read the book as well. I kind of wish it was more like the movie. The premise of the movie made more sense than book. Also the demands would have been a lot more viable to accomplish.
