This movie is amazing.

But, I wonder why the T-1000 wouldn't ricochet bullets? It could literally divert trajectory and use bullets fired at it as a weapon.

I, mean, that's just a thought. If it really wanted to take out opposition, it could have broken into a disease research center and released numerous contagious diseases among the population. Who would stop it?

It's mission was just to kill John Connor. It also would have wanted to keep certain people alive or else skynet won't be created. So spreading disease all over the world would have resulted in skynet not getting created.

That's true when it comes to the time travel aspect. Weird to think that after it became aware, that it didn't use diseases.

Maybe he’s somewhat soft to the touch, and only appears solid. I don’t think we ever hear a clanking metallic sound when he falls down.

Fair point. The only clanking I remember was the hook arms from the Asylum escape.
