Raph's voice actor was better in the first film
All of the other voice changes were somewhat acceptable, but damn Raph sounds like chuck e cheese in TMNT 2.

shareI definitely agree that Raph's voice actor in the first film was a lot better than Raph's voice in this movie, I thought Raph's voice sounded a bit too cartoony in this movie
shareAgreed.
My favorite piece of dialogue from Raphael in the first film is when he says to Danny, "I don't think it's loaded, kid." He sounded like a typical New York-er, lol!
Just watching it and just thinking the same
shareI just watched the first film a few weeks ago and II today. It sounded like the exact same actor to me. Had no idea they changed them.
'Cause there's thunder in your heart. Every move is like lightning!
As a kid I had no clue that it was two different voices. But as an adult, this Raph sounds almost like Homer Simpson to me.
shareI'm currently re-watching the movies on blu-ray and the one I've always hated and still hate is Donatello's voice in TMNT II. Corey Feldman's voice was much better, I'm glad he returned for the 3rd movie. The voice in part 2 was just so annoying. Mikey and Leo were the same voices, and I didn't mind Raph's although, his voice in the first movie was much better.
Takin' out the trash, trailer park style!!
I never had a problem with Raph's voice in this film i always liked the voice actor for Raph and Donatello in this film am a fan of Corey Feldman but i don't know i feel that Adam Carl's voice was better for donatello
shareAfter re-watching it, he was ok in most of the movie, but there were parts where it was just whiny and kind of irritating, especially at the beginning when he says "Get along little doggie" and other things.

I like what Raph and Donny's voice actors did in TSOTO, but yeah, I prefer Josh Pais as Raph and Corey Feldman as Donny in the first film.
Josh Pais was brilliant, and it's a shame he only did the first film.
