Does anyone know where I could watch this movie? Online or tv schedual for pnw?

I was looking to buy but people want like %50-100 dollers for the vhs.

Iv looked on all the video shareing websites I could find youtube/megavideo/stagevu/ect.(youtube only has the other stupid switched at birth)

I cant find it anywere. Same with a lot of old lifetime movies I love :(
