Both Lothar and the FBI figure out that Secord and Peevy are the ones with the rocket from Bigelow writing their address down and giving it to Lothar. But how di dBigelow know it was Secord that was the Rocketeer when neither he nor Peevy told him about it. He was just a caught off gaurd like the rest of the ppl at the air show when the Rocketeer first appeared and used it as a marketing ploy but Secord and Peevy never let him know tehy were behind it. Was this just a plot hole or was their something I missed?

The only thing I can think is that Cliff yells out "wake up Malcolm, it's me Cliff". Maybe Malcolm wasn't completely passed out, and told Bigelow.

You also have to remember that the only difference between the Rocketeer's outfit and what Cliff normally wears is the helmet. Surely Bigelow recognized that jacket.

Yes, those are both good points, but points that rely on sheer assumption. Nothing in the film hints at these things and it really is a bit of an error in the writing. The outfit was never recognized by anyone in the comic book either. I am not criticizing those explanations, though, but instead just wanting to use them as examples of how your original question is a valid one.
