Who's That Guy?

Alright, in the scene where Hunch attacks the four in Pinkie's Trailer, when he gets his fork stuck in the TV anntenae and starts to go haywire across the trailer, there's a guy's face that show up in the TV. Does anyone know who it is? It looks like either Stalin or possibly Hitler. Does anyone know for sure?

The only proof I can offer is my word, I worked on the movie, I saw the image in still... what else can I say??

yes. It's a picture of Don Bluth himself, one of the animators put it in as an 'in joke'... it was just a bit of fun, but it's 100% him, a lot of the human characters in Bluth movies are based on the staff....
