It's true, Dexter's Laboratory fans. Snipes is the skinny bird who always fought with Peepers the mouse, you know? And one day it just hit me...(I saw this before Dexter) and Wiki confirmed that sure enough SNIPES IS MANDARK'S VOICE ACTOR, Eddie Deezen
