I have seen 2 version of this amazing movie, the original where Tex shoots Matsumoto in the head and blood sprays out, the new cut where the blood scene is removed and replaced with a robot exploding on a playback screen. Why the change?? It wasn't that graphic. I want to make sure the DVD I buy of this has the bloody scene in it!

The DVD is uncut. I used to have the VHS, but when I picked up the DVD, it had some gory blood in certain scenes I never saw before.
