The film is better than that, that's meet the spartans type scoring.
I mean It wasn't that bad at all for bored on a Thursday night viewing. I liked the idea of it and who can even notice what is happening when you have Milla's eyes presenting the freaking universe to you. I like how the film shows while "stranded" on an island, the reality is that life in the so called real world is the problematic situation. Civility is it's own prison. And it also shows how instinct needs no explanation.

I agree. This movie is, by no means, a masterpiece, but it's not as bad as Twilight or anything. I just saw it and I actually found a lot of it quite interesting. A lot of the acting was very good, too.

The only reason why I think it could be a 4.3 was because of the stupid captain's daughter. Her character could have been taken out and I would have been much happier. She was just a dumb character. But everything else was pretty intriguing.

And this is coming from someone who's MEGA critical about movies.
