Sarah did visit him after he regained consciousness. She wiped his drool. It was a very memorable scene. Hank is short for Henry. And I think she knew about the affair. Him saying “I need to tell you something” made me expect that he was going to confess. Saying he wanted them to be a family instead was a sweet surprise and I let it go.
