Did anyone else find Proof hilarious?

I could not stop laughing at certain parts of this movie. The scene at the drive-in is hilarious, holding the condoms up to the window, etc. When Martin hits the cop car ("I'm blind!"), the hospital scene (the look on Andy/Russell Crowe's face is priceless when the cop breaks that bad news that Martin is blind.) Even when Andy goes to the concession stand and asks what snacks are good for blind people. Funny, funny stuff.

"Tessie" is the Royal Rooters rally cry.
"Tessie" is the tune they always sung.

Or when Martin goes to Celia's and *we* see the stalker photos of him all over her apartment. I think an "ohmygod..." escaped from under my breath.

No, not really for me but hey, I don't find Mister Bean funny either but British people apparently do, so I'm assuming it's an Australian thing that some people get, some people don't get and some people pretend to get it so it would make them seem "smart".

well, the whole concept of a blind man obsessed with photography could be quite hilarious and even ludicrous for many people. But the director was clever enough to make those scenes enough serious and believable.

I didn't find "Proof" to be particularly hilarious except for some gags like when Martin is driving Andy's car!
