Raid on the drug dealers house

One thing I don't understand is how they could keep Agent Utah working under cover after the raid on the drug dealers house. Surely the two guys who survived must have recognized that one of the agents involved in the shootout was the same guy they had fought with at the beach. One of them rolled around on the grass with him before being arrested. He had to have recognized him.

It's not like they would disappear after being arrested without any outside contact. While awaiting trial they are allowed visitors I assume. Wouldn't they have immediately put the word out on the street that Bodhie's new best friend is an FBI agent? I never understood how that didn't expose him and end his undercover role.

Wow. Never thought of this. Maybe I need to watch again. Do have the dvd.

What is a DVD?

good spot!

Is this what counts as a plothole?
usually people claim the protagonist doing something odd , or stupid is a plothole , then get shot down (rightly) with "Thats not a plothole!!"

sounds like this might be though...

Maybe they wanted Bodhi to get busted so they didn't say anything. They weren't exactly on friendly terms after the fight.

Besides, I think they would have had greater concerns than (like being in jail, getting a lawyer, getting foot surgery, mourning their fallen friend) to concern themselves too much with an undercover FBI agent.

I guess that's probably the most plausible explaination.
