Today is the 25th anniversary of its release

Did anybody see Nothing But Trouble in theaters?

reply

Sadly, I did and 25 years later I am still convinced it is the worst movie ever.

i saw it, i was really excited and it was a bit of a let down, on the other side of the coin i thought king ralph (with john goodman) wouldn't be that good and turned out to be enjoyable. though thinking back at least n.b.t was creative and different, as king ralph was a cookie cutter love story.

nothing but trouble took a lot of effort and creativity. it was a large idea, a very good one. could have been better, but it shows he could come up with something different and somewhat original and execute it. demi moore looked hot and it definitely opened my imagination when I saw it.

No, but I remember Siskel and Ebert hating it and later putting it on their worst of 1991 show. I thought maybe this film would become another Rocky Horror, but I guess not.
