Given his silent and stony attitude at the beginning, I think he saw most of his fares as jerks (though those two diplomats fit the bill). I thought that the encounter with Dalle's character changed his life for the better. Too bad he was still literally looking out for her at the very end of the vignette.

I am with a BLIND chick and she is just as feisty as the one in this movie, lol. Blind folks get tired of idiot immigrants who drive her in taxis, medical transportation And para transit. They get feisty after a while. And she knows WHO I am in the sack. She can smell, hear me coming home a mile away. France is tough place.
